The Defender System supplies the client with a detailed Asset Management & Audit Report of all their important equipment, furniture and valuables including: Make, Model, Tag Number, Serial Number, Location, Department and Date of Tagging. This information is supplied to Client in Database Format which allows the addition of extra fields, such as Management, Employees, Extension Numbers, Renewal or Maintenance Details, Suppliers, Health and Safety Records etc. The database can be divided into secure management access levels and will be supplied on CD or by FTP (File Transfer Protocol).

Using chemical rivets to bond a durable, laminated PVC shield to your assets' Defender becomes immovable ensuring that you can easily identify and prove ownership. Your secure database is then updated with all the fields that you require for auditing of all of your corporate assets. The database or parts thereof (to your requirement) is then supplied to the Police. Development is always ongoing.
